A: we can.

Q: How is your manufacture condition? What size molds can you manufacture?

A: We can produce more than forty sets of molds per month, and can build molds up to a product length of 1.2 meter and up to 15 tons weight. We have more than ten years of experiences in mold design and manufacture, as well as obtained excellent praise.

Q: How much time do you need to quote?

A: Usually we give you a quotation for molds in two or three working days unless the product has a very special construction after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details. So you may be requested to fill a quote form online by clicking here.

Q:What kind of payment conditions do you accept?

A: Usually we accept standard payment conditions - that is:
40% of total prices down payment by check or wire transfer, 30% on mold first trial and 30% on mold delivery. Particularly in case of bigger contracts. The preferable forms of payment are wire transfer and letters of credit. We often use a combination of those.

Q: Do you build hot runner molds?

A: We build hot runner molds and are familiar with many different systems such as DME, Hasco, Yudo, Mold Master, Mastertip and Husky, etc.

Q: What type of CAD files can you accept?

A: We can accept several different types of files (STP, IGES, DXF, DWG, STL, and many more).More detailed please see our design section.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of your products and delivery time?

A: We have advantageous automatic processing and precise measure equipment, professional human resources who have rich experience in technology. We carry out management and production according to ISO9001 system, it reduce mistakes in production stage, and shortened manufacture cycle.

Q: Does your quote include the cost to ship sample parts via Express Service?

A: Yes. Parts from routine mold tests are typically received within two to three business days from the test.

Q: How often do you provide progress reports during manufacturing?

A: Weekly progress reports and timelines are sent by fax and E-mail early each work week.
